These Terms govern your use of Promptski, operated by TEK FBA LLC (Wyoming). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Promptski.

The service

Promptski is a free tool that rewrites rough prompts into structured prompts for AI models, plus a library of example prompts. Features may change, and we may add paid plans in the future.

Acceptable use

Don't use Promptski to break the law, generate harmful or abusive content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service. We may rate-limit or suspend access that threatens the platform or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. You're responsible for how you use them. You grant us a limited license to process your input solely to operate and improve the service.

AI output disclaimer

Enhanced prompts and AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Promptski is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice — verify before relying on any output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEK FBA LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — Promptski.

Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
